St. Louis Style Pork Ribs
This rib is known by its signature cut. The
"fatty" top half of the pork rib rack is trimmed
so you get all meat! After hand-trimming in the St.
Louis style, our super-thick pork ribs are dry-rubbed with
a proprietary blend of spices and then oh-so-slowly roasted
over hickory logs. We think you will find the Logan version
of the St. Louis Style Pork Rib tender, lean, juicy and full
of flavor! BBQ sauce is optional for this one! Rib lovers,

Approximately 5 lbs. (2 full
slabs)
Fully cooked, bone-in. Thaw first. Double
wrap in foil to preserve the moisture. Warm for 1 hour in
a 325 degree oven.
